Cancellations must be requested via email, phone, or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time (“no show”), no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling is allowed once only, subject to availability and at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rio Air Tour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to adverse weather, safety reasons, or operational issues.
In such cases, customers may choose to:
Reschedule the flight at no additional cost, or
Request a full refund.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase within 5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted.
Purchasing the tour implies full acceptance of this cancellation policy.
