How can I book a helicopter tour?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time, especially for larger groups. However, thanks to our large fleet, we can usually find good time slots with about one week’s notice.
What are the available days and times for flights?
We fly every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Where do the helicopters take off and land?
All flights depart from and return to Jacarepaguá Airport, located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
How many people can go on the helicopter ride together?
Up to 4 passengers on closed-door flights and up to 3 on “Doors Off” flights (to ensure everyone enjoys the experience with their feet out). Larger groups are split based on these limits.
Do you offer transportation to the departure point?
No. The exact location and time of departure will be provided in your booking voucher. We recommend arriving by Uber or private car. Parking is available on-site.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad on the day of the flight?
Safety is our top priority. In case of heavy rain, fog, or strong winds, your flight may be postponed or canceled, and you’ll be able to reschedule or receive a full refund.
How do cancellations or rescheduling work?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Rescheduling must also be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
